Lakers can't close the game to save their life. Austin has fallen off in post season, LeBron is showing his age and Luka was ill this weekend.

Lakers were bad team before the trade, and overrated after it. Unless a free agent comes to them when Lebron leaves, Luka is better served to make Denver clear cap space for his free agency.

It could be the other way around Jokic joining the Lakers in the future, sounds unlikely at this point, but who knows. Some things changed in Denver this season.

The highlights don't tell the real story all the time. I'm a Lakers fan and yesterday Lebron was probably our best defender. From the first to third quarter he put the most amount of energy out of everyone and was always trying to jab at Ant when he had the ball on the wing on his side.

That much is true. I don't have the opportunity to watch games live given the time difference and I can't assess the real situation. Nor I have the energy to watch full games. Results though, kind of tell the rest of the picture.
