lolz I don't believe he is the best but I think he is in the class of top all around midfielders in South America and Europe.
and its easy to be biased for brazilians when you have played with them or are aware that brazilians are the most represented nationality in the Champions League for many years, including the last. ;-)
The Spanish are doing great things in since they implemented new infrastructure a couple decades back and I love that. The French and Germans have been working on the same and I appreciate all of that as well.
