Probably explains why Neymar and Oscar always had to get the ball deep into the midfield to even start an attack too. Either that or a long ball to Neymar to get a spark in an attack.

That's your problem right there Scolari you brought 5 games who are pretty much the same player. All creativity fell to Oscar who was easily rubbed out.
Should of called up Rafinha to inject some fizz into that God awful boring midfield ! Should of got Costa to commit I stead of relying on Fred. Coutinho had a great year at Liverpool much more justified than Bernard or Hulk who sold pit for money in Russia. How about Rafinha from Bayern he was easily the best Brazilian full back on the right side I stead they go with Maicon when they realize Dani is done. Few easy upgrades right there.
Brazil players are a bunch of quitters besides Neymar and Thiago Silva they all quit and folded like a cheap suit after they conceded a couple.
Future back bone should be :
Thiago Silva
Oscar Rafinha Willian
Neymar
Rest of the team needs major help. How good would Thiago look now if they just perused him to play for Brazil ?
Anyway that's my rant. Flavia I'm sorry about your team folding like quitters I'd be really pissed and the coach and players.

DEL bosque got embarassed at the wc just felipao did, and felipao was missing 2 star players so atleast he got an excuse. shit happens, felipao won brazil a world cup, which is why he is so highly reguarded in brazil.

Del Bosque won Spain a World Cup and a European Championship which is why the RFEF wants him to stay on. However, Scolari refuses to admit his mistakes, says the 7-1 was a blackout, and that with better luck they could have won. Excuses. Excuses.

Losing 7-1 on home ground almost entirely due to your own mistakes is not 'shit happens'. VDB blew this WC but there's no logic behind saying that Scolari has an excuse.
Hell, if without Silva the Brazil defense is capable of collapsing on such a phenomenally systemic level, then it clearly suggests that they got this far in spite of Scolari and not because of him.

im not here to defend felipao, all im saying is he is highly reguarded in brazil for 2002 and that wont change with the result of 2014.

He is high regarded by cbf only, as marin and del nero are obsolete and obtuse as scolari. If you're reading the pundits, it's almost unanimous. They all want changes, starting with scolari out.

Fernandinho is the worst defensive midfielder I have ever seen play for a top club and a top national team. The man simply can't defend, nor can he pass. Whenever he sees his opponent or the ball coming near him he either makes a foul or wins the ball back. There's no in between. Every challenge he makes is a foul 50% of the time.
He wasn't like that for city this season though. I'll reserve my judgement and see how he perform this season but I think it probably Scolari instructions. I remember we fouled a lot during the confederation cup as well.
