Gladbach is quite an awful opponent to play against for bigger teams, similar to Sevilla or Atletico.
Juventus, City and Bayern were all struggling a lot when playing them.

Dortmund needed the win in the game vs Bayern I think, in order to really be a strong contender for the bavarians. The fact that they were happy with a draw quite underlines they're happy to just be 2nd in Germany.

Sad that there is not a Madrid/Barca type of team for Bayern to fight for the title with. Really a one-superpower league, the Bundesliga. Sometimes it's Schalke, sometimes Wolfsburg, sometimes Dormund, Sttutgart, Leverkusen or other teams. But Bayern is the constant. The rest have good periods, followed by great periods and bad periods. Like Valencia, Atletico, Deportivo or Villareal in Spain. What they lack is the 2nd superpower to challege the first one.

How's Miiko Albornoz doing at your club Yannik?

Just wonder, it's been a while since I last heard of him...

well yeah, when he came he was looking quite promising in the first 10 matches, but unfortunately since then and especially this season he's probably the weakest Leftback we've had in a while now.
Maybe he'd look better if we weren't all so terrible, but to be honest he is one of the main players why we are getting relegated in the first place. Maybe he will be useful in getting promotion next year again but he doesn't appear to be at the necessary level for the first division.

Thanks for the answer mate :)

I honestly thought that he'd actually become a solid player in Bundesliga after his great performances in Malmö FF.
But oh well, I suppose it didn't turned out as I believed.
Perhaps he need more time?

Arturo Vidal was subbed out after 25 minutes against Stuttgart.

Right decision from Pep. Vidal was actually poor and could've been sent off it he stayed on the pitch.

I wonder if Lucho would do such a move if one of our players were playing shit...

Had hoped Wolfsburg would rest more starters, but I guess they have to keep the momentum going by winning.

It's understandable though that Wolfsburg can't afford to rest their players as they're 8th place.

Although Schalke are in 7th place (6 points ahead of Woflsburg), they're going to face against Bayern, Dortmund and Leverkusen.

There's a chance Wolfsburg can actually take over the 7th place and thus reach play-off for EL (if they winning their own games of course).
