Most of the times that Bundesliga has an exciting race for the league title, its because of Bayern dropping down to the levels of the other teams, rather than another team rising to Bayern's level.

Its surprising that no other German team aside from Bayern has established themselves as a perennial UCL contender.

Even if Bayern drop, Bundesliga lacks a team to punish them. They don't even have teams like Atletico.

Bayern had a pretty bad first half today I felt, didn't really look that impressive, albeit creating some scoring chances. Mostly just hoofing the ball into the box. Hertha's keeper Christensen had a game of his life today.

The amount of goals teams concede in this league is quite something, there aren't that many teams conceding 50+ goals in la liga, in Bundesliga that number is half the league.

Entertaining to watch though.

[Süddeutsche Zeitung] RB Leipzig urgently needs money - to meet the requirements of #UEFA's Financial Fair Play, as @SZ_Sport reports. Specifically, according to the report, Leipzig must prove 150 million euros in transfer income and hand over players accordingly.

Olmo here we go.

This makes little sense to me. Why would Leipzig be forced to sell when they do not have any financial issues and they have not bought any big-ticket items/transfers?
