Leverkusen took a huge step yesterday with that away win at Leipzig.
The whole 2nd round, they have 3 tough games, they won the first of them.

Alonso has really surprised me positively. He is indeed going toe to toe with Bayern for the title
Feb. 10 will be huge. If Leverkeusen wins that match, I have them as favorites for the Bundesliga.

Palacios got injured, so hopefully he recovers as soon as possible.

In before Leverkusen bottles it and throws it away like Dortmund last season vs some midtable teams right at the end. All the work during the season for nothing.

This is exactly what's going to happen.

Leverkusen in 2002 were on course for the treble...finished with treble of 2nd places:lol:

It's the history of the Neverkusen.

Normally i would agree but this time they look better than ever + these late winners shows they are mentally 100% focused. Its now or never!

Leverkusen this season has nothing to do with BvB last season.
Dortmund last season were a mediocre team and only found themselves in a title contending position because of the constant fuckups Bayern were offering

This season, Leverkusen, on the other hand, is unbeaten in all comps so far and plays fantastic football

Finally someone who understands it, dortmund from last season is not comparable with leverkusen this season

Lets see if they get the job done. The 2 back to back titles of Klopp at Dortmund are an amazing achievement, until Bayern activated their "these guys are misbehaving, let's dismantle their team and teach them a lesson" program.

Difference last year was Bayern were pretty shite and Dortmund were able to stick around to be in a race. This year, Leverkusen has matched Pep's record Bayern total for points.

Annoucing the tranfers right before the UCL final against them too, absolute boss move.
