Over 94 thousand at the game.

Spectacular. Hopefully it's the same again for the Bilbao Super cup finale.

I just don't trust this board with such a big project. Look at the mess they've created with La Masia and just signing players. Bans left, right and centre. Imagine the shady deals they will make on this thing.. genuinely not looking forward to it.

Today is the 58th anniversary of the Camp Nou. Hopefully the name won't be changed to qatar-something, after the espai is complete.

Hope it won't be changed but our stadium, although bigger, is nowhere near as modern or as aesthetically pleasing as the bernabeu or a lot of other top stadiums in Europe. The stadium revamp is needed

Happy birthday to our unique stadium. Did anybody have the information how many loses we have on Camp Nou for this 58 years?

We are definitely selling the naming right, reportedly for quite a lot of money (200m?) sooner or later, right?

So either way it won't be known as just Camp Nou in the future, whether it is going to be Qatar Camp or Rakuten Camp, etc.?

People will still call it Camp Nou regardless of what the "official" name is.

If the board have any sense of tradition, they won't sell the naming rights. 200 million over 10 seasons is not a lot of money. By the time that deal expires, teams will have sponsorship contracts worth almost 200 million a season.

They don't have any sense of tradition or business sense. And it's rumoured the deal could be for upto 20 years which would be a disaster if those figures are correct. Hopefully not of course.

I was so dissappionted when we removed Unicef logo from the front and sold our kits for Arab comercial purphoses... that was loosing our innosence... but this? And for this peanuts of 200m?

Why we as OFFICIALY BEST TEAM get less sponsor's cash then ridiculous, downgraded, fallen, third class clubs like Manchester United? Why do we sell ourselvess so cheep?

I remember braging to my other clubs fans friends how "we don't have corporate scum logo on our chests - we even pay Unicef to carry theirs"... eeeehhhhhhmm... good old days...
