I see Sergio Gómez as a future midifielder, and Carles Pérez as a future winger or offensive fullback.

Gomez doesn't play that much in midfield, as he is too good in attack. Perez can barely defend from the wing and he's far better on the right, so converting him to a LB would be a huge change for him.
