In the end, still one of the best refs we had this season. Not afraid to give some red cards to those fucking thugs.

We buried them today, too bad we couldn't score one or two more but 4-1 is good result. They will be missing those 2 thugs who were sent off today. I hope we destroy them on their ground also in the 2nd game. Visca Barca!

They deserved to go down to 7, GK stomped on Messi's foot and then defender tried to go with straight leg against Neymar, but he avoided it last second.

Then there was also that defender that slapped Messi in his face. Only getting two red cards was, in some way, also a gift from the ref.

Some of the offside calls were also absurd. Bad refereeing all over.

It was not Suarez' day, but fortunately we have Messi and Don Andrès. Arda did well, fitting right in. Good to see Neymar getting a goal at the end after all his suffering from Espanyol's dirty defenders. However, the 'thugs' are athletic, are fighting hard and not giving up - not to be taken lightly next week. Goalkeeper should have received at least a Yellow for what he did to Messi. He can hardly claim his cleats happened to push Messi's leg into the ground accidentally ...
