Strange match. I expected Lyon to have an advantage. Robben goal was nice, as Lemmi said, deflection or not.

Really bad game but midweek games is always a plus

it's not over for Lyon they are tough @ home and losing Ribery will allow Lyon to concentrate on marking Robben in the second leg

Close game, Bayern certainly edged it though. Lyon will come back stronger in the 2nd leg. Robben's goal was weird, I feel the keeper won't be too happy, there was a deflection and it went straight through the middle of the goal.

Just can't understand the weird substitutions of Van Gaal. Olic out? Gomez, really?

Besides that my respect and praise go to the referees today.
It's very rare to see such a perfect performance.

Sad that Bayern only scored once and didnt take the chance like Inter did yesterday. I mean, not that i watch OL a lot, but i cant remember them ever playing that horrible before - did they ever? Looks like that volcano turned the CL Semis into a total farce. But whatever.

Mario FAIL! stick to modelling. Brought back flashes of his awful Euro '08 performances for me.
But being the only targetman for Germany atm, he'll surely get played regularly at the WC.
