Fuckin' Celtic! Piss poor side.

Arsenal weren't pathetic either, just a stroll in the park for them.

Funny that somebody so enthusiastic about his "local team" isn't a season ticket holder. I always had a season ticket at Northampton when I was living in England.

......You cant use that argument though. Our second leg clash with Chelsea? We dominated in the way Arsenal just did and didnt get any shots on target, and we wernt pathetic.....

uh, no we didn't.

it was very even at the bridge. we didn't manage a shot on target until the 92nd minute.

we shat all over them at the camp nou, sure, but at the bridge we were very fortunate (which is why it was such a magical moment when iniesta rescued us).

without wanting to take a wee in your ear, I'd say a season ticket at celtic costs a damn sight more than one at northampton.

No we wernt, like Graham Hunter said, we stuck at what we do best, passing it around, carried on going with 10 men. Whilst there we may not have played at our best and those referee decisions were dodgy, should Barca have gone down the other end and had something similar in the Chelsea box, the likelihood is that the referee woudlnt have given it. He was consistantly bad (even if you can argue sending off Abidal helped us), our tired players kept going and that was the difference, Essien missed his clearance, Eto grabbed the ball and gave it to Messi, to Iniesta, who scored at a crucial time. It wasnt fortunate at all, we played football, they played anti-football, and we deserved to win.

That`s a very poor analysis imo. Granted we were better in the 1st leg but we were very, very fortunate in that leg. I`m not going into the ref`s decisions. We had one shot on target in entire match if I`m not mistaken and that single one went in sending us in the final.

Even if you still see it differently, I can`t see how could one possibly compare Barca playing at Stamford Bridge vs. Chelsea led by the world`s best coach Guus Hiddink and Arsenal playing at home vs. Celtic. I`d love to see someone draw parallels as I cannot see them.

god fiorentina are a bunch of dirty cunts. I mean you expect it from italians (sorry calcio fans) but blimey. sporting suck, though. veloso is so much better than them.

what are you smoking? yes I know we played our way and never panicked but we didn't create a single shot on goal until right at the death. yes, we persevered and deserved the win for our efforts over BOTH legs of the tie, but you'd be deluded to say we were better than chelsea in the second leg.

I only made the point because of the shots on target thing......=[ Sorry!

Meh, =] I think its a fair anaylsis, not that good, but accurate imo. I'd say we were better than Chelsea, that being because we passed it around, tried to create chances.....they got it from the back, punted it upfield, and shot at goal. Hence the reason they had more chances. Rugby basically.
