I beg to differ. Milan-Atletico so far has been a better game, more entertaining. Arsenal-Bayern has been a little disappointing. It started well, but it has tailed off. And poor execution all around.

Yeah the rule was followed, but it needs to be changed. The double punishment is unfair and ruins games.

I'd like a penalty decision for every last man tackle, regardless of it was outside the box or not. However not a red card, just a yellow.

This way, you don't punish the offensive team with a denial of a scoring chance, yet you also don't double punish the defensive team with a red card and a penalty.

Penalties can be missed, sitters 99% aren't.
