Bayern were not impressive. But it doesn't really matter. We know how good they are. Atletico played better than I expected. Good to see.

No, they were. They didn't need to push as many forward so they attacked with leas for most of the game. They always had it hand even with arsenal illegal goal. Even without penalty they should have arsenal 3/0 over two legs. If that's not impressive then Iono what is

Great first half but then a very lackluster second half. Some very sloppy mistakes and a major decrease in urgency at times. Gotze sadly was invisible despite his nice volley, Kroos stepped up when he was brought on and looked a lot better. Mandzukic still has me asking "would Lewa make that?"

In the end a win is a win, one step closer to achieve history!

Once in a blue moon from Alves, he'll produce something like that every now and then that makes people think he has a good crossing delivery when in reality it's just an unintelligible smack into the box, at least it's been that way for the past 2 seasons.

Yup. That was a nice pass, but hardly a typical Alves cross (i.e. from the right side to someone in the box). Outside of the boot from the middle of the field- maybe Barça needs to play Alves as a central midfielder!

EPL fans are really annoying. And imo, contrary to what most believe, United fans are actually the least annoying bunch. The rest are way more bitter.
