I've re-watched so many of our games under Pep, our triangels and pressing, how we almost never ever lost the ball. He was a mastermind! But Pep totally ****** up these two games against RM, he should have learned a lesson in the first game but he didn't. They almost didn't have 1 clear chance at goal during 180 minutes and their defense was full of holes.
I hope Atletico wins tomorrow and than goes on to win the title, but I think Chelski will win tomorrow and the final - ******!

We need a more balanced style. Rijkaards team had a great blend of skill and power. PEp reduced us to a team of midgets and left.

It seems alot of posters are too nostalgic. Tiki taka is fine but the defence needs to be tightened eg no Luiz and we need to evolve our tactics.

Where was Peps motivational skills today?

Painful to admit but...

Pep was completely outclassed.

Ronaldo showed today why he is the best player in the world. Pressure makes diamonds, and he showed it today.

Disagree with the Rijkaard praise we sucked as in 2006 final and probably should have lost had it not been for Valdes. That team was big and physical but not that good compared to Peps sextuple team. I do think Pep abandoned ship too early, it just didn't feel right timing when he left. He sure did leave a team of midgets though, fss.

Nah. Not that much. It's only better because Real is...well, Real. The football they are playing is way more worthy of winning than Chelsea.

Leo let him.

Agreed.

It's not even debatable.

Ronaldo is having the best CL campaign (so far) in the history of any player. I despise him, but the CL is more pressurized than any other competition in football and he's done amazingly well (so far).

I remember this was posted over a week ago... Haha.
Seriously, though. The fotballstyle of possession for possessions own sake is dead - it's time Pep realize this. This doesn't mean the end of tiki-taka as a style, it just needs to be played more vertical like Dortmund - or of course the best example, Barca anno 2009. Pep has been blinded by possession, and if one was ever to make a case that possession is worthless if it isn't used for anything, these two matches are perfect examples.

Wrong.

Pep's style was strong enough to make Bayer go 20 points above BVB this season. But what Pep clearly don't understand is that Bayern players don't come from La Masia and that Bayern doesn't have Xavi/Iniesta/Messi.
What happened tonight is a product of total relaxation of Bayern's players (won Bundesliga too early) and guerrilla style of football which is very common lately in European football. (parked bus + counter attacks).
Second VERY IMPORTANT THING is that it's one thing to fight your way to the top, another thing to stay on the top. Pep had a great challenge and for the most he succeeded, has won Bundesliga, cup is on the way and got Bayern to 1/2 finals of CL...that is big success and if anyone ignores that then anyone is stupid and ugly. I'm saying that b/c I know that news papers will be full of BS about him in for the next few days.

What went wrong? Did RM barley passed BVB? How come that if Bayern is so far away from BVB in Bundesliga, didn't manage to beat RM? Or at least, not loose that bad?
This is football. Welcome.
