It's offside when the flagged player in some way affects the game or the defenders/goalkeeper behaviour, but Ronaldo in that case didn't. He was like a good meter away from getting anywere close to the ball and Savic didn't even know he was there. It's called passive offside.

What? Goalkeeper wasn't even involved in that situation, the cross got cleared by Savic, Oblak had nothing to do with it. It didn't affect the gameplay.
