Everything I said is true. Nothing subjective about it. Madrid have a better defence and midfield. It’s reasonable to assume that in an end to end game Madrid will contain Liverpool more than Liverpool will contain Madrid.
The midfield is also very important, Madrid will be able to control the flow of the game, something they couldn’t do against Bayern as Bayern has the players to compete and win the midfield battle. Liverpool won’t be able to do what Bayern did.

People are so quick to blame EV for our exit against Roma but look at how hard Milner, Henderson and Wijnaldum are playing in that midfield. Look at how hard Mane is running at Roma's defense. Our players did NONE of that against Roma. We looked like a basketball team against Roma----no midfield. Iniesta and Busi, Suarez were especially disappointing.
Atletico Madrid drew 1-1 against Arsenal without a manager, playing with 10 players. Are our players telling us they can't deal with a team like Roma even if our manager is crap? Unbelievable! Yes EV is naive in Europe but honestly the majority of the blame should be on our players.
