pots 3 and 4 are truly shit. don't know why they even bother with this format. it is a stroll in the park for teams in pot 1.

bring on that league format between pots 1 and 2!

Pot 3 seems pretty decent to me. Why would we want only powerhouses in the competition? That would be unfair for smaller teams and countries. CL is their chance to get exposure and get bigger as clubs.
Very elitist viewpoint in my opinion.

apart from OL(which isn't what it once was) and Inter, all are Europa League level. i would like powerhouses smashing each other because the group phase is a boring affair with mostly known outcome.

what is the fun in barca, real or liverpool smashing small teams 5-0?! this socialism in football has to stop. it's payed content nowadays and i want to see premium content.

they can raise the prize money for Europa League and maybe change the format to promote some teams to the Super League. also, last 3-4 teams in the Super League can get relegated to Europa. something like that.

Isn't there an unusual amount of shit teams?
- All pot 4 teams are stat padding clubs bar Leipzig.
- Half of the teams in pot 3 are also shite.
- Also Real Madrid.

My only hope is that we get Ajax.
Hoping to see Madrid - Juve as well, would be fun.

Why do I have a feeling we will get a somewhat tough draw and we will struggle to find it out of the group stage thanks to EV?

Ι can't see a draw where we struggle with this squad.
All home games for barcelona are 85% win and 15% draw.
Away games we struggle, but for the group stages we are good enough.

In any case, I would gladly accept a 3rd position in the group which will most definitely get EV sacked instead of us going to the Semi's by thin margins and Messi and then getting humiliated again.

An intellectual of your stature must have also thought we would get pumped out in the group stage last year due to Inter and Spurs.
