Juve did a decent resistance

Leipzig trashed.

Sevilla proved that this season is Real vs Barca.

City has a good chance with Haaland as 9 only if Pep doesn't overthink again.

PSG will implode again.

Milan dissappointed.

Pending on Bayern and Barca tomorrow.

Sevilla are absolutely terrible.

It's so sad to see what LaLiga is becoming just because of money and Tebas's 'salary cap' rules.

Sevilla, Leipzig and Chelsea in big trouble already (not just in CL), even though the season barely started. Lopetegui and Tuchel might be among the firsts to get sacked this season. Leipzig not far behind, losing 4-0 and 4-1 consecutively.

Spanish teams are fine, Sevilla aren't though, just 1 point this season and really struggling.

Another example of a football game where the score-line says anything but the truth

Problem with Tebas is that whilst he's so keen to adhere to financial fair play, no other league is and never will - the sooner he accepts that, the better.

With the teams in Spain outside of Barca and Madrid you have Atletico, Valencia, Sevilla, Villarreal and to an extent Bilbao who have the stature and in some cases - the history to compete but are getting their players poached by teams in England way beneath them or are going to European powerhouses to play a squad role. It really could rival the PL for competitiveness if the finances weren't fucked.

Example, my own team Villa takes Diego Carlos, yeah he's no prime Nesta but he's a fine European level defender and he's happy to go to us and we wouldn't get European football in a month of Sundays.

PSG are fine. Don?t worry about us. We?ll grab a CB after the WC and be well and truly on our way. Especially after integrating some of the new guys. Hopefully the luck of the draw is on our side as well.

Edit: Spanish teams done. Was a nice run.

You're getting bounced in the R of 16 again, as you usually do.

Calma.
