UEFA should revise the top 4 team rule for top 5 league or whatever it is. Some of the bottom teams are from top 5 leagues. Stuttgart just got schooled 5-1 by Crvena Zvezda, Bologna and Girona are punching bags, too.

I get your point but those three teams were surprise packages in finishing that high last season.

Normally Napoli or Sevilla when they were good or someone would be in this. Also Germany and Italy get 5 this season due to the performance slots, so they probably don't have enough really high quality teams to support it. As Ter Stature says too, these teams have weakened since last season.
