Liverpool just 5 points above Arsenal now btw

If they bottle this title then it's surely one for the ages
8 points. No way is Assenal good enough to just assume they're winning that game in hand, no matter who they play. And they are gonna drop more points than Pool until the end. Around 10 points is gonna be the difference in the end.

Damn. Club brugge vs lille or aston villa. Feyenord, psv, atm going against bayern or real, qsg against liverpool or barca.
If things go unexpected, this might look like europa league quarter final with 3 heavy hitters.
This format is a joke

I prefer it.

The group stages to the last 16 were too seeded and a formality for most of top sides bar an unlucky draw v another top side finishing 2nd.

And cup. A double would still be a good season but going out to PSG would be a stinger particularly at same stage x2 years in a row.

We'll see. I believe in the team even if the howlers in defense make me nervous. There is a pragmatic side of Flick we have not seen yet also because the stakes didn't call for it yet, but it exists imo.

Real v Atletico is best for Barca from financial side.

One of them def goes out so more tv money... although it not meeting both could go out so even better.

Irrelvant post.

Apologies.

I think everyone believes Barca could win the whole thing it is just you get to this stage and start looking at teams think would give easier/harder route and PSG is probably the best of the teams not mentioned much as potential winners.

We have seen his pragmatic side in a couple La Liga games. Proper defending against Madrid in Supercup when one man down also.

Barca made defensive adjustments v Rayo a few nights back and also controlled the game in middle of park v Alaves.

Different level but they do do it.

Against Sevilla down to 10 men made defensive changes and sat back a bit deeper and put Garcia on for set pieces.
