Probably, although when you make a massive investment as Bartomeu did maybe you ought to protect that investment by taking care of him properly.
He was still a kid so they could have spent a couple of millions on nutritionists, teachers so he learned the language fast and basically people to take care of him so he developed that maturity early on.
