Can't really say that as tbf Barcelona are in their best form of this season and so is PSG, Liverpool was in their most average form of this season despite the wins. I reckon if Barcelona played PSG, we would play better than Liverpool did and maybe concede more but our fire power attack can clutch up though

Yeah, I mean anything could've happend in such a tie between such solid teams in such form like Barca and PSG.

But what a shit thing with this new format to finish 1st and 2nd in the CL group stage phase and risk getting freaking PSG right away in KO stage of all teams out there.

As much as I'd love to see Barca in another CL final after a decade I can't decide exactly atm who would be worse to face, Madrid or this in form PSG that we saw vs. LFC.

I do hope somehow Arsenal would do some magic and get into the final ofc if Barca manages to get there as well.

Their Midfield is not insane or anything, Pool made it look good.
Honestly think Olmo- Pedri and FDJ will eat them alive.

PSG's mids are better at passing in tight spaces. Our mids have the technical ability to be as good if not better than theirs but we avoid tiki taka either by Flick design or by being 'safe' / mentally soft.

Notice PSG played basketball only when they were forced with too much pressure whereas it's more of a first resort for us.

Football was denied a dynasty man. Imagine prime MSN and Prime Xavi Iniesta Busquets in the midfield. The most optimal and lethal attacking force of all time

Most of PSGs midfielders passes are 5 metre Gavi passes.

What makes an in form PSG incredibly challenging is that half of there team are incredible athletes.

But most importantly that both their fullbacks have incredible stamina with top speeds of over 35kmh. When they act as midfielders like level first leg they have the ability to swarm the opposition. Move up and down the pitch with the ball, with the pace to recover.

So you got 5 players against 3 in midfield excluding Kvara, Dembele or Barcola who either drop to make an outlet or spread to make a counter.

Classic Lucho ball basically.

Liverpool didn't have an answer first leg, though yesterday's match was pretty even.

IMO it's the other way around.
Dortmund cannot defend at all. Lille on the other hand can park a bus and make it frustrating.

PSG destroyed Lille the other week in Ligue1.

What you say is true, but I'd take Lille simply because they do not have the goalscoring upside that Dortmund have.

Yeah, that makes sense too.

Either way we should be massive favorites and anything other than advancing to the SF would be catastrophic.
