Arsenal 1-2 Real Madrid
Bayern 1-1 Inter
Barca 2-1 Dortmund
PSG 3-1 Aston Villa
Yeah I am 0/2 now. I fancied Inter to get something but wasn't sure they'd win.

I hold my hands up on Arsenal Real Madrid - I went with history in the competition and potential voodoo rather than more cohesive team.

I am doing badly in the CL this season. I am doing really well in most of the domestic leagues though and the EL (see the PL thread)

Just saw Bayern highlights, damn this Olise guy is so good.

Kane had 2 top chances, he needed to score one.

What a fucking goal from Lautaro, he has become an unstoppable beast.

And ofc Mueller who else.

Inter icecold damn.

Will be a terrific return leg next week, siu.

I watched stretches of the Bayern vs Inter match to get a flavor for both sides and indeed Olise really stood out for me as well, seemed to be able to create space & danger just about whenever he wanted yet sometimes careless in possession

He's been great since his Palace days - has a really languid, effortless style. He's a more off the cuff maverick type player who needs to be encouraged to take risks. He will sometimes lose the ball when dribbling but the upside is sometimes he will do something special too and have a major hand in creating a goal, or scoring himself.

Like Eze and Villa Grealish, he's a bit of a throwback to those old school dribblers who make it look so easy.

Sounds exactly like Dembele.

A bit more tidy rather than Chaotic.
He was the best player on the pitch first 20 minutes or so, Inter then fairly contained him. Last 20 minutes or so Inter sit back and Bayern was attacking on all fronts
