It isn't a trap, it is by design by Sociedad to press up high, otherwise they would just sit deep and allow PSG time on the ball. They were failing to PSG trap and it was clear from the start, it wasn't a domination but tactical fart.
PSG doesn't really have any desire to control midfield and build from the back, they want the ball going to their attackers and play wide, with FB overlaps and change of position between attackers.
He doesn't need to score though. He'll be up against Cancelo who's shocking defensively so if Dembele can get the ball to dangerous areas, Mbappe can do the end product part.
Can't take anything you say seriously. Dembele's record in big games. Missing open net v Pool in CL semis, being Argentina's 12th man in the WC final and being taken off at HT
This is where Raphinha's work ethic and speed can help Cancelo. He doesn't need to score though. He'll be up against Cancelo who's shocking defensively so if Dembele can get the ball to dangerous areas, Mbappe can do the end product part.

We'll see if that is enough.

definition of a one man show lol.
How can a group of attackers who play in Ligue 1 have such poor stats? Nobody even knows half of these players...Who the hell is Vitinha, Zaire-Emery or Barcola? Sounds like players you'd seeing playing for Spartak Moscow or some shit like that lol.
Then they got bums like Carlos Soler and Fabian Ruiz lmao.
Xavi haters L!
I see lots of optimism and hyping up in here. PSG is no City, but they are the caliber of team we didn't beat all season.
We'll get killed by Mbappe.

I never said that PSG wanted to control the midfield. They still need to build up play (through the middle or through the wings) irregardless unless they want to play long balls.
Shit is very different from pragmatic. We already play shit football. Playing a bit more pragmatic style now in the CL won't be an issue, or at least shouldn't be one.
If we try playing like we got the 2011 team Mbappe will rip us apart and finish the tie in the first leg.
