Honestly, as a Barca fan, it’s quite disheartening to watch RM’s reaction to the quick 2 goals by Bayern. We would have folded - there is something fundamentally missing when it comes to this club and CL/ KO approach - either we have an all time great team and just demolish teams or can’t do anything.

I’m starting to think this may have a lot to do with management - historically, we haven’t had the same level of managers as other top clubs. Barely any top Italian, German etc managers. Managers from these schools of football have 8 WCs and 5 Euros of history/ KO approach behind them.

This isn't just Barca
Happens to many teams who dont keep calm when things start going wrong

Advantages of playing adaptable football

Carlo Ancelotti: "Kaka landed at Malpensa Airport and I put my head in my hands: Eyeglasses, hair perfectly combed, the face of a good boy."

“All he was missing was schoolbooks and a snack. My god, we signed a college student. Kaka didn’t look anything like a Brazilian footballer, he reminded me of a Jehovah’s Witness.

“Moggi started to send shade: ‘With that name in Italy he’s done for. At Juventus we’re all constipated. We don’t pay for Kaka’."

"Then, he stepped on the pitch still jet lagged and all: the heavens opened. With the ball at his feet he was monstrous. I stopped talking simply because I was at a loss for words. Words didn’t even exist for what I was seeing."

"The Jehovah’s Witness was actually someone who spoke directly with God. And, I’m sure in one of those conversations, they talked about football."

"In his first challenge in training as a Milanista Kaka found himself in front of Gattuso, who gave him a terrifying shoulder barge, but Kaka didn’t even lose the ball. Rino in his own way of encouraging his new teammate said: ‘F**k off’."

"Then, after keeping the ball, Kaka played a 30-yard pass, taking even Nesta by surprise who wasn’t able to intercept it."

"At the end of every training [ex-Milan CEO Adriano] Galliani and I always spoke on the phone so that I could tell him what was going on, and then hear his thoughts."

"That day I called him: ‘Mr Galliani, I have some news for you’. ‘Good or bad?’ ‘Good. Very good’. ‘Carletto, are you giving your resignation?’ ‘No, I’m staying, because we just signed a phenomenon’."

Curious who's no.1?

BTW you live in Amsterdam?
No. I live very near Amsterdam.

Don’t know who is exactly no. 1
But ajax fans have tempered their hatred and blame towards mislintat a bit and now looking at whoever exactly brought him aboard and let him run amock. Ajax fans
holding board members responsible.

There was a whole investigation into it recently but not enough proof to indict mislintat. But he definitely profited off of many transfers. That is clear to anyone here.

All a bit funny to me but weird dortmund were so eager to bring him in. Don’t think any club is bothered by corruption so long it doesn’t make the news. But in this case it did but borussia not fazed by it. And of course fact none of his transfers have worked out so far. He was approached by a journalist and said ajax needs to wait at least 3 years LOL

Cucks like you don’t understand a simple concept of supporting a top 5 Barca legend as manager

Never said he was Pep or Klopp; just that he’s a good manager with some key weaknesses that keeps him from being elite.

Meanwhile you’re out there playing cuckold for everyone not associated with Barca, ya shameless bum

From this it seems you support Xavi because he is a Barca legend, not because he is a good manager.
And not only that, you also INFER he is a good manager because he is a Barca legend

Tells everything one needs to know about your football IQ

I get the Ajax news from you, overall I'm a distant fan of the club.

As you said, Mislintat is not prosecuted, nor he's a celebrity to be cancelled. He has a rich history with Dortmund, some minor PR damage, but it will fade away quickly. Seems to me there's a search for scapegoats for Ajax's tragic season.

Noooo. No search for scapegoat. Mislintat was a disaster lol. But not only one responsible obviously.

The new CL format has many advantages.
One is that it will get back to pots being made up by strength of team (coefficients) ONLY
No more the stupid 'pot 1 is the champions' thing, where you had Marseille Benfica or Shaktar being pot 1 and Madrid or PSG or Inter at pot 2
