No way he can play Yaya in the CB position. It has to be puyol & Pique. If you nust have reserve players in the team it is better they are wide, ie LB and RB. Yaya was poor at cb against chelsea, he doesnt play cb; you cant play ppl out of position in such a big game, imho.

It would be a massive gamble to play Yaya at CB. He doesn’t have the positional sense that is an absolute necessity to occupy this crucial role. He also lacks the awareness and foresight to direct the play in front of him when opposing attackers move the defence around to create space.
Against Chel$ski in the UCL semi-final he performed admirably but was caught out of position several times, including standing wrong side of the CF and only due to his pace and power was he able to get himself out of trouble. I am not having a go at him btw, far from it I think he did really well considering he was playing out of position and it was such a difficult contest, he never let us down.
Man Utd though are a different proposition. If Yaya plays CB in the final, Manu will tear us apart. We need experienced heads in the back four. That’s why it is essential we play Puyol alongside Pique at CB.
Plus using him in his favoured midfield role would be much more advantageous in how the team performs. His presence in midfield plays a huge part in how we control the midfield and dominate the ball, imo Busquets is not ready to take up the mantle in such a massive game.

I keep thinking about the CL Final everyday and every time.. To be neutral we should say that they are a better side in terms of players availability and solid defense and G.K, coz we are missing 2 important players, moreover Valdes could do mistake anytime (i wish not this time :S ). But, because it is a final match and we are playing away from old Trafford and Camp nou, 90 min everything is possible, I hope that all our players play the best 90 min ever to win this CL

i was talking about this kit today on another forum and found this pic

and while lookin,on this site i noticed that that one in particular is going for £110 .
rest assured i've contacted my best mate who borrowed mine from me for a holiday about 10 years ago.
also,they do lots of other shirts too,as you might expect.
Barca shirts too, some are even match worn

it's one of those sfw sites where you might still need a drool bucket isn't it....

i'm gonna imagine some of the saudi cules will snap all of those up in the next day or so,what with them and china having all the money that's left in the world.

he's got a problem somewhere that needs sorting,but he's been nursed through since xmas,playing about half of our 36 (?) games since then.
unless something new happens,i assume he'll play.
