Who was Liverpool's best player? I think the top Two were VVD and Alisson Becker. Alisson had his best performances at the end, saved Liverpool against Barça and kept a clean sheet in the final.
Without Alisson, Barça would have scored the decisive away goal.
Interesting fact: When Barça folded against Roma last year, Alisson was in goal as well.
Valverde's and Messi's huge Nemesis: Alisson Becker.
Without Alisson's super performances, Valverde would not be under such heavy attack.
