Bingo. Yet Messi and others bitched about being thrown away. It's amazing how blinded the players were.. I would offer to leave for free after 8-2. It should be fucking obvious your time has come..
I love the amigos what they gave us, but you also have to realize the point when to leave. Otherwise it will hurt your legacy. Maybe Messis time to leave was that Liverpool loss. Bayern made everyone look like clowns.

Of course, our re-build started earlier in a way but all our big signings busted, which is pretty unlucky too. Although Griezmann was obvious missmatch.
Imagine if those big signings worked out for us? Or two of those? We would be still decent team imo.

With slow Busquets, Pique and weak mentality Alba, we will get humiliated again. For me, Busquets shouldn't be starter ever.

Exactly. Even Hungarian team gave us defensively trouble. Bayern would slice our team easily with their fast offense.
Our two man midfield would be way too weak vs Bayern.

Yea, I agree with that poster we would fare better score wise, but getting humiliated 4-0 doesn?t feel any better.

We still have a lot of problems (Busquets, for sure) but one thing I noticed that we are better than before this season so far is we kept trying and mentally we are better and more refreshing than before.
Despite still having some olddies around, the youngsters gave us a breath of fresh air and I am hoping they, together with those whips from Koeman will make the team stronger mentally and we will not have those lapses and we will keep going instead of just giving up.

Shaktar totally deserved. Could have easily had 2-3 more. More amazing, 10 of their 11 starters are out due to Covid!
