World class is a term that's thrown around too much in my opinion and I don't consider Citeh to be "World class". Yaya, Silva & Aguero are good/great players but not enough to pull the rank of City to WC status.

They'd have to win something at the highest level to be deemed WC. 2x PL titles after spending in access of £371m doesn't make you World class especially when not performing in the CL.

You're overestimating City. While that's a very good batch od players, number of teams from Primera give us more headaches than EPL top teams.

We were knocked out by Chelsea 2 times and by Man. Utd and Liverpool once in the last 10 Seasons.
Considering that we won a CL 3 times in the last 10 Seasons, it means that we were knocked out by only 7 teams.

We thought that we were much better than them also in 2007, 2008 and 2012.
Plus, they surely aren't as bad as Arsenal, so yes, they can easily cause us problems.

Plus, we have a Gk who don't play regularly.
If Bartra will also play in defense, and Mascherano as Dmc, then it isn't that "easy and safe" as people think.

Kompany is good in defence, but it's questionable when against top opponents. Dzeko... meh.

No according to me they need to be successful in EU to be considered WC. Winning the PL is not enough. Winning the PL means you're Champions of England but when English teams are failing across the board it has raised eyebrows & questions about the level & quality in English football.

Nothing more, nothing less; no idea how you got that conclusion lol

Rooney was called "World class" but choked massively on the "World stage"... is Rooney World class? No. He's good and performs well at club level.

Yeah they have been shit in Ch.l, but I said that they are WC because of their potential. They have good players, so sooner or later they will get better in Europe, not this year though. Ch.l is the toughest competition after all and you need some luck to win it. We were still the best team in the world in 2010 and 2012 but we failed.
