2. Messi cannot play as a RW in this 4-3-3 formation unless we have an absolutely dominant midfield

----> Which leads to the same problems we've had the entire season of the right side becoming useless and teams packing the center and the left side leaving us with no space, pushing us back ----> Which again leads us to not being able to withstand pressure having a midfielder less and retaining possession

Have you seen us this season with the 4-3-3? I'm sure you'll recognize all those problems then, the same problems that exposed us against small teams in La Liga and exposed us really badly against PSG

In fact, the only time we've actually played well and looked like Barcelona is under the 3-4-3/3-3-1-3 formation. That formation has it flaws, but we play so much better in that setup than in the mess of a 4-3-3 we've employed all season long

The 3-4-3 didn't work against la coruna and was pretty exposed v valencia, so don't really see the difference i belive we should set up according to the opposition, and in this case mash needs to play cdm, we can't play gomes, feel sorry for bob but needs must
