One hour till kick off, can't wait! I hope De Jong shines tonight, and I'm eager to see Messi play football again, it's been too long man!

Messi will be back soon. No worries.

Yea, but the phase I'm talking about is before Messi. It's about how we bring the ball forward form the back four. It is done mostly through Alba. Not exactly the best way to generate quality progression.

The issue is De Jong and Arthur, in the game vs Valencia had very few situations where they came down to help the build-up form the back, offering themselves to Pique and Lenglet. So once Busi is blocked, the obvious route is Pique - Semedo, and Lenglet - Alba, especially the latter.

Dortmund's lineup.

Interestingly they are going with a two man Midfield.

They are playing with a 4-2-3-1, very attacking. Guess they are going to press us high.

It is a good recipe against Valverde's Barcelona, but this time it might not work with Busi, Frenkie and Arthur in midfield. Depends on where they play. Gonna be a very interesting game that's for sure.

I agree. I think DeJong and Arthur can handle the pressure. Busi-Raki-Vidal.. No way. They should be destroyed. I'm not worried with DeJong and Arthur.

Hoping

1) Barcelona win
2) Arthur-Busi-de Jong functions and they all see 70+
3) Game isn't too big for Fati that he is subbed at 45
4) Fati Boom Boom to become youngest CL scorer
5) Messi cameo
6) Ernie to do a handstand

Surely it’d be better if Fati was on the left and Griezmann on the right, so they can both cut inside on their stronger foot?
