Just my 2 cents but think City was a better team without Haaland when they had 6-7 players in double digit goals.

Well, at least there won't be that Dutchman in the VAR.

Slavko Vincic, the referee of the Inter-Barça 2022, against Bayern Munich this Wednesday

🔙 In that match (1-0) of the 2022-23 Champions League, he disallowed a legal goal by Pedri due to an accidental handball by Ansu and did not award a clear penalty by Dumfries in the last minute

❌ The Dutchman Van Boekel will not be in the VAR, who harmed Vincic more than helped him on that night two years ago that eventually led Barça to the Europa League

Who hurt you bro? You been acting very miserable lately. Flickball not entertaining enough?

Nah, just find it hard to get hyped up about a group stage game in this new format. Game vs Bayern has same importance than the ones against Young Boys, Red Star or Brest.

Just win 4 games and you are through more or less likely regardless of who you win against.

La Liga should be our full focus now. Going to +6 would be very important (should be +9 if Bumsi would know how/when to rotate), lose and despite "looking great" we've done nothing in first two months of the season. Should at least have something to show for when we are burning out key players like Raphinha and Yamal who will be dead tired by February.

Musiala trained today with Bayern, so he should be ready for the game tomorrow. But he will probably start on the bench.

Most Bayern fans want this lineup:

-------------Neuer
Guerreiro-Kim-Upamecano-Davies
-----Kimmich-----Palhinha
---Olise----Müller---Gnabry
-------------Kane

I see many weaknesses in their lineup. Although their attack is strong, Müller is 35 years old and slow. Casado and Pedri shouldn't have big problems with Müller's pressing. Kimmich only shines offensively and Kim and especially Upamecano are always good for some big fuck-ups. Davies has his strength also more in the attack.
If Flick manages to exploit their weaknesses, we have a decent shot to win this game.
Only thing that scares me a bit is Olise against Balde. Inigo must support him.

Yamal vs Davies is a huge mismatch in favour of Yamal. We all remember how Bernardo managed to turn Davies inside out with his dribbling and I expect Yamal to do the same.

Will need Casado to help out on that side defensively with Davies pushing up.

Müller always does well against us so need to keep him quiet even if he isn't the player he used to be.

For their CBs to make fuckups we need to continuously challenge them. If they have 3 defensive actions all game we won't see any mistakes, but if it's 5, 6, 7 they might lose their concentration at least once and then we can capitalize.

I see great chances to win this game, especially being at home. Perhaps it won't make a big difference in the table in the end but it's a big test and opportunity to gain some confidence and overcome our biggest achilles heel in Europe that Bayern is. A victory is worth more than 3 points.

That's why we need to go for the win. Draw is not sufficient imo. We are Barca and need to show it at the biggest stage.
