Not racism, Gavi has been shit going forward but he's always tackling in the midfield (so still quite useful). He'll probably be subbed later in the 2nd half.

One thing Xavi is missing though is the hypnosis effect against defending teams through tiki taka possession and then going for the kill. His game is too direct for such defensive teams which invites counters as well
