23 is too low imo. It's good for the future but that's what a club like Dortmund is aiming for.
The fact is that we have very few players in their primes in the squad. The gap between talents and veterans is too big.

biggest problem we have. instead of phasing out the veterans in a controlled manner and slowly integrating the youth, we got rid of the oldies and we're asking 17-18-20 year olds to be starters week in week out, at one of the biggest clubs in the world.
