Really bummed I'm gonna miss the game tonight , have a work dinner thing. Hoping to not get the result spoiled until tomorrow evening and catch the replay.

Should be an exciting game I can see it going 3-2 either way!
Went as I thought, 3-2 seemed a safe bet for this game. I thought we were definitely the better team and deserved the win , especially because of that soft penaldo.

Thought the team had a great and bright start away from home in a notorious stadium - more than what we can say for Barca teams in many a year now. They played bravely.

Only con is that we still continue to play a suicidal high line when leading by a goal in a tough away game with 10 mins to play. You have the lead just ease up on the line - the opponent is going to leave spaces to counter anyway , what is the need to play such a risky line with a one goal lead and so close to the finish...

Does anyone know how many Barca-fans were in Dortmund? I was there, but there were some empty spots at the seats beneath the roof.

I was unable to watch this because I got wound up driving in a blizzard, which made me very displeased and disappointed.

I thought to rewatch it but having read that Lewandowski did not do too well, decided to pass on it. However, I do hope that this win will further instill confidence that the current three prong offensive campaign , like operation Barbarossa, is still withing grabs.
March on! Feldmarshall Flick!

Hope he's ok. A bit strange there were no reports about this last week.

Borussia Dortmund are seriously concerned about their 27-year-old full-back Julian Ryerson. The Norwegian started in the midweek Champions League match against Barcelona, which the Blaugranas won 2-3, but was substituted at half-time. And the internal explanation given by the entity was that it had had circulatory problems.

However, in the following hours the club did not make public any medical reports, and the only official statements were made by the coach, Nuri Sahin, who, when asked if he could play against Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga this weekend, said: "Now will be seen." Ultimately, Ryerson was not called up.

The fact is that, as the German newspaper BILD revealed this Monday, the reason behind his change against Barça at half-time (Yan Couto came on for him) is more serious: the full-back, according to sources consulted by the newspaper collapsed in the locker room at half-time and had to be rushed by ambulance to a hospital once the match at Signal Ilduna Park ended.

The player has had a multitude of tests performed to find out more about what he has or the cause that could have caused this situation. Dortmund remains cautious in this regard, knowing that it has practically the entire week ahead of it to know whether or not the coaching staff could count on him for the next Bundesliga match against Wolfsburg or if the situation requires more time before knowing. if the player is fit to play.

Yeah hope he will be alright. This sort of thing is becoming more common isn't it? Or maybe we just heard about it less in the past.
