Reading Cule interpretations of what is a penalty or not is highly hilarious. On one side you have Gundogan making salto on toddler tier touch which was a penalty per Cule idea, while Lucas being bodychecked from behind while in possession of the ball is not a penalty. Or that Mascherano foul on CR7, which Hernandez saw as a clean start. Top tier stuff.

Anyway, per refs criteria that should be a penalty. But honestly who gives a frack. The usual decision which goes in favor of a big team Vs. small teams. Buhuuuu. Highly entertaining match. Like watching Rocky.
