Wanted to post the post match of Flick but questions of the press were cowardly and self congratulating. Little about 2-2. Only about CL format, or praise about Barca finishing 2nd, next opponent, can we win it etc.

Disappointing again not to hear more praise for opposition other than generic ones. Particularly when we face such an interesting team like Atalanta.

Seems like no one cared about 2-2 but more than few players on the pitch also looked careless too so there's that.

Was one question about could we be more focused in front of goal and Flick just said Barca scored more than 100 goals this season so no problem there.

Tbh, it's normal. Liverpool didn't care much either. It was clear Atalanta were more pumped for this match and we still should have won it.

Liverpool played with their backup players entirely. Quite different.

Yes, but we played more starters who didn't look very sharp or very focused. Still not a good match to draw big conclusions from.

We need to be focused and sharp in the Cup vs Valencia. Game will be much tougher than the one from Sunday and a loss would be bye bye for the easiest serious trophy we can win this season.

Brest - monaco - benfica - psg

Thats our potential rivals.
Brest would clearly be the best draw, out of others i wouldnt like to face benfica and monaco. So qsg it is

We don't want to face Monaco. We got embarrassed twice against them already. I rather play PSG.

- 10 mln euro

I was wrong. We lost 275 thousand euros due to the fact that we did not take first place. And we lost 1.3 million euros because we didn't win against Atalanta. So we lost 1 million 500 thousand as a result of the match against Atalanta.

I thought that for first place they give an additional 10 million euros and was surprised that Liverpool did not play with the main squad against PSV.

I'd say this match was an unwanted formality that had to be somehow conducted and be over with. Atalanta had more to take out of this, so they were motivated more. I have to confess I fell asleep in my sleeper birth in the 2nd half...did not see the goals at all.

Besides, Atalanta wasn't a bad side, so the draw, after playing at half the throttle, is not the end of the World.

Remember 2 years back...all there was remaining was ManU in the Europa league? At least now, we can count on exciting play offs. That's the thrill and adrenaline worth waiting for. So cheer up, damn it! You are better off now, then you were before.
