If they click tonight, this will be the realest test we've gotten so far this season.

If they play the football they are capable of and we win, I'll be more convinced we can go all the way.

But for now 50/50 game.

Finally, Flick made it clear—for now, Szczęsny over Iñaki Peña. Well, I’m curious about the reasoning behind this decision.

It seems that one statement fits here perfectly:

Flick decided that it's easier to teach Wojtek how to come off his line than to teach Peña how to make saves.

Reminder that Atalanta lost 3-2 at home to Madrid, but smashed them on shots, chance creation and xG.

Should be a fun game. Gasperini doesn't really know how to defend either.

We'll see how much space they leave behind but if it looks like Valencia then likes of Fermin and Ferran much better suited compared to Gavi and Lewy to exploit space.

Atalanta have allowed only 4 goals in 7 CL matches thus far (Barça 11) while scoring 18 (Barça 26)

True that. But their opponents have been straight pudding, apart from Madrid and Arsenal. Serie A suggests the defence isn't as good as the record in Europe.

Didn't Madrid beat them in SuperCopa too?

And they haven't been as good lately as before. A bit struggle before the Sturm Graz game.
