I believe Barcelona at their absolute best are better than Inter only if we play in 10 men.
But that's okay, you said the same in 2010 too when we played 1 game in 10 men![]()
That damn ash cloud won the tie.

You conveniently forgot a non-existent offside to Milito at our home, which would have sent Milito one on one to Valdes at the beginning of the game.Don't try to be a smartass
You scored at your own turf an offside goal , then there was a penaldo not given to us , then at our home we had another penaldo not given + the so called ,,handball" which was more of a ball to the stomach on Toure when Bojan scored. Sure , you might say the red was easily given for that foul on Busquets but we were pretty much robbed.
You can’t guarantee that that’s a goal, nothing is guaranteed in football and who knows what could’ve happenedYou conveniently forgot a non-existent offside to Milito at our home, which would have sent Milito one on one to Valdes at the beginning of the game.
That was a clear one on one against Valdes.
I posted it into the attached files, I really wonder why it's always conveniently forgotten.
I'll conveniently exchange Milito's offside goal in the second half for you playing in 10, without Xavi, for 90 minutes at San Siro.
Maybe, it would never have ended 3 - 1 if you played in 10 that game.
I'll spare the cool image of Busquets covering his face and doing theatrics, there's no need for it anyway.
It made history of diving.
Also, you made some blatant exaggerations.
The most striking one is claiming you deserved a PK at your own home.
You made that claim, so back it up with a picture.
That's very true. You can’t guarantee that that’s a goal, nothing is guaranteed in football and who knows what could’ve happened
Whats you prediction for semi final? That's very true.
Let's face it, that Barcelona team was incredible.
The round before, you won 4 - 0 vs Arsenal in 11 vs 11.
My point is you can't call it a robbery.
The last thing you'd want to do if you want to rob it against Barcelona in 2010 is get a player expelled at Camp Nou from such theatrics.
I agree with you, I don’t really like blaming referees when my team loses or draws, it’s just the emotional aspect of this semi that made most of us say that. I watched the 2nd leg 2 years ago for the first time, since I was quite young when it happened at the time, and I wish we did better in that game, because we only needed a 2-0 and we didn’t really create a large amount of chances. It’s a shame we didn’t finish the job but what can I say that’s football and you can’t always win. But I can accept this lose knowing that we perfected the style of play the next season producing the greatest Barcelona side of all time. That's very true.

Meh, almost impossible to say.Whats you prediction for semi final?
Admittedly we got our fair share of luck .... but meh, for the better and for the worse, it will always play a factor.I agree with you, I don’t really like blaming referees when my team loses or draws, it’s just the emotional aspect of this semi that made most of us say that. Not really complaining, I've just read a good share of references in this topic. Quite understandably thoughCL semis vs Inter was bad refereeing all around. Kind of ties where whoever goes out will claim to have been robbed when in reality both teams have. Something like Chelsea Barca in 2009
But can't understand why would you complain about it if you went through at the end, when you know very well a fair share of decisions went in your favour as well
Maybe just victim mentality, don't know
Iniesta not playing was probably the biggest influence in my opinion.Back in 2010 there was also the volcanic erruption in Iceland that blocked all flights throughout Europe and the team had to travel by bus. Inter scored an offside goal that wasn't annuled.
Part of history, but more importantly the return leg gave other managers the inspiration to park the bus against Barca and it marked the whole decade against us.
I like the fact now Inter fans look at us as underdogs.
Wouldn't have mattered anyway IMO. Barca weren't prepared for such tactics back then. Served as a valuable lesson for the next season.Iniesta not playing was probably the biggest influence in my opinion.
