Revisited this video from 3 years back.
Like for like, we have better players, positions filled with players suited for that role. More experienced squad. Players in a far better form and Fitness.
We are negating some of Xavi's mistakes/deficiencies in tactics, by playing a High line, we are compressing the amount of space we give Inter to play or counter. Plus, we have far fewer error-prone players now.
Xavi's idea of going 3-4-3 was good. And as I was saying earlier, because of Balde's injury, I think the safer bet is 3 at the back.
We go 3-5-2, with Raph as LCM, I think we are well capable of handling the Left side.
Overload the MF with our Diamond while Lamine is cooking in RW. Playing Tuna gives us the versatility of him either dropping in the midfield to help the MF and enabling Ohlno as a False 9, or playing on the wings to stretch the pitch to help Yamal when required, and also being a usual CF inside the box.
I fancy our chances against them. Even so, with 2 games to play.

If we'd been refereed by a competent referee during the Copa, we'd have had an extra day of recuperation and much fresher players.
Now our advantage is gone.
It all comes down to details. And I think that shitty referee is going to cost us the semi-final of the CL. I'm really angry.
