Now that we have scored 12 goals against them in two games and pumped them for the ages both home and away...

Let's not forget a certain club had to unleash the very maximum of their satanic powers to scam a win in the last second against this very same team

There was the one coming down his achilles from behind too which got a yellow and was worse than the red Madrid were clamouring for. And also the ridiculously late tackle from Sadiq.

But nah, no one can say shit about refs anymore.

I prefer the method of starting a strong team and subbing out people when the game is under control rather than resting players from the start.

If we close the game early, players can also relax more during games. 90 minutes could be like a training session. If we end up have to fight to the final whistle, games are exponentially more taxing on the body.

Problem is you can't sub all players who need rest if you start 7-8 starters. Likes of Kounde, Pau, Pedri, Raphi and Yamal have all accumulated a lot of minutes already and then you have someone like Balde who needs to also be protected with his injury history and considering a big down grade to Martin (who we don't want to rely on in a serious game) so ofc you sub him off when you're up by 3-4 goals at HT. But Lamine played full 90 minutes which was unneeded.

Sure, Casado and Robbie (thank god) were rested but I think this was the game where we could have easily started Fort for Kounde and still win comfortably. And then we'd have option to take off Yamal in 2nd half for example but not sure that would actually happen. Hope to be wrong but I somehow get a feeling like Flick is affraid to sub him off. You also risk an injury against frustrated rivals so it's smart to protect your key players in these types of games though tbf Valencia gave up in 2nd half, brutal starts happened earlier in the game.

It's a double edged sword. If he had shown a red card, Madrid would be like "all these club affected the refs the past days".

Instead refs keep going with the Madrid bias, to try and show that there is no bias, lol.

Not even a yellow given is even more outrageous. It happens often that refs let shit slide in the early minutes of a game like there was a inofficial "early violence rule" so players can go wild for free in the first 5-10 mins. Just think of Kroos against Spain in the Euros.

100% a red card. You don’t need RM to talk about this because Barcelona needs to talk about this themselves. But instead, everyone is going against RM for speaking up against the scandalous refereeing decisions.
The fact is, the Spanish refereeing body is absolutely trash for everyone, the VAR system is highly suspicious in what they show the referees and what they choose to not call the referees for.
Everyone involved should speak up for a better refereeing because everyone is suffering from it. Everyone should claim more transparency in the referee/var relationship, but you’re falling for the game of politics from la liga and the federation that only serve them and only protect them because it keeps the status quo intact and vilifies anyone speaking up, not football, not the players, not the teams.
This is 100% a red card.
