Anyway, this is what you get when you don't have a system in place. You have chaos even if you have better players. The other teams are organized better and you're shit out of luck if you only rely on individuality. That's on Valverde and his sub mediocre coaching. There are no fucking patterns out there. Everyone gets by with instinct.

You summmed up my thoughts while watching this horror show. Total dissorder. Bad passes. No positioning. Players asking each other what to do. Complete mess.

Whatever midfield he picks isn't good enough for CL. As ever it's hoping Messi has a GOAT performance (Spurs, Chelsea last season) and being screwed when he doesn't (Roma).

Don't know why you all are being so harsh on the players. The first team struggles, why are you surprised a reserve team struggles too?

Valverde is completely incapable of managing a large roster and compete at a high level for all trophies. It's just something that is well beyond his capability.

Doesn't matter which players he trots out there, the team will struggle because the issues start and end with him.

It was visible months ago that Miranda is not a solution for Barca but we again won't sign LB backup this winter.
