The first of many important games till the end of the season, eager to see how the players deal with it. This time we have Lamine which should make things easier.

The first real big match this season. Knockout tie vs a top tier rival. Will be the first chance to see Flick and the players under immediate pressure of the result.

Let's see how much Hansi will rotate. It won't be absolute best XI but still a strong XI I think.

Araujo might start with Iñigo. Frenkie back at CM and Gavi probably too. Olmo shouldn't start until we play Benfica. Ferran deserves to start, plus Lewy played 90 recently.

If it was one leg I think Flick would go with best XI but now there is a possibility to give a chance to players to show they deserve spots in biggest games.

Tek
Kounde, Araujo, Inigo, Balde
Frenkie, Pedri
Lamine, Gavi, Rapha
Ferran

Should be enough to keep the tie alive (win or draw).

Shame we didnt get Sociedad. They are missing 5/6 starters.

Cracking game tomorrow though. Simeone will come to hack, slash and counter. Early goals are important.

Don't know why exactly, but I'm never nervous when facing Atm. I had more nerves for Las Palmas. I don't want to say that we will stomp them, it's just I'm never nervous when we're playing against them.

Damn

Lamine Yamal isn't training with the group, and is a doubt for tomorrow's game against Atlético Madrid. @QueThiJugues
