A lot of chances missed, nice to see. Absurd amount of chances and goals he gets against these kinds of teams. A shame Messi are not able to statpad vs crap like this every other game, would have reached 120+ Argentina goals a long time ago.

tbf messi plays in a copa america nearly every year so he gets several chances at silverware, and yet ronaldo is the one with the international trophy lol
The game was only arranged to get him goals.
No, this is just what UEFA/FIFA does, adding more and more games, despite nobody actually wanting them.
Nations league is the prime example of that.

2007, 2011, 2015, 2016, 2019 are the Copa's that Messi has played, 4 year intervals - exactly as the Euros - except for the centenary edition.
CR Euros: 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016. He got carried to that trophy by the way. Was among their worst players in 5/7 games. His teammates won it for him. No way around it.
I didnt know people were still so fanatical about this "rivalry", hilarous stuff.
No particular player carried Portugal, and no one was carried either.
It was mostly luck, anyway, France should have won 3-0 or something.

true, few days ago I saw the highlights of Euro 2016, Portugal had big big luck to win it. But this time they look extremely powerful, Fernando Santos has done masterclass job.
