Zidane is a difficult case, on the one hand he had a very strong squad on the other hand he has even overperfomed title wise. ''Three Cl titles in a row are impossible'' would have everybody said before 2016. But we shouldnt forget that most of the time the team played bad so to judge him correctly we need to see how he will perform in another club.

?United are a better team without him if I?m being honest?

Paul Merson

He's not wrong. It's not as he's not been getting chances, he's just been missing them. Also, if it wasn't for goalkeeping mistakes, he wouldn't have anywhere as many goals this season.

lol @ the argument that CR makes united worse. its as baseless as the claim that messi makes teams worse because players look to pass to him. both are silly.

just look at post-Cr juventus. theyre not exactly flying, yet in the last 3 years ppl made the same argument that CR made them worse

Ronaldo's United have 4 points in the last 7 PL matches.

Last season liverpool and chelsea underperformed, thats why united could finish second. This season before Ronaldo came they played 1-1 against southhampton and won 1-0 against wolves although wolves had enough big chances to win the match at least 3-1. So it was already clear that United had problems this season. I agree though that their defending has been worse since Ronaldo came as Ole didnt find a system how to hide this deficit.

Jonathan Wilson: "This is a Manchester United squad that has been expensively assembled, but it lacks coherence and whoever is appointed will have to face that first of all - and that means sales as well as signings. But the biggest problem is Ronaldo."

I will say this - His arrival has completed killed the rest of United's attack (Greenwood, Rashford, Martial, Sancho etc.). There were 20-30 goals a season players before and now look like they'll be lucky to hit 10-15.

Some Sky Sports plebs saying he himself want Lucho as the next manager, assuming Zidane is not available. Lucho obviously already shot down the chance of taking over Man Utd.

Thats true atm but it think its because of a non-existing system. People also said juve's attack was killed by ronaldo and now see theyre worse without Ronaldo. We will see what another coach is able to do.
