I can't blame him too much. He is surrounded by players like Trashford, Bencho, Deadwood, Toeminey, Pugba,Phil Jones etc. In RM he had Kroos, Modric, Benzema, Alonso, Marcelo, Ramos, Pepe.. all world class players at their positions. The major factor in his decline isn't that he is too old or too slow but that he has shit players who never played at the top level (unlike his former teammates). The players at United have 0 football intelligence and are just all over the place, without any vision or plan once they are in possession of the ball.
