He is basically a lone striker though nowadays. He has been one for Portugal in the last two years and with United this season and will probably continue as such with both in the coming year.

He might be better individually in a two striker system but most teams with him would play him as a lone striker rather than accomodating him in a two striker system unless it really suits their personnel.
