I just wish that half the funds that are wasted for our undeserving POS cricket team would go to the football federation so that we may be able to at least become competetive in football and local talents would get a chance to show their worth.

This should be the last time the team is led by Misbah. Anyhow, with the Pakistan team being this bad, maybe I overrated India a bit. Their match against SA will be interesting.

Anyways, the match between Australia and Bangladesh is abandoned. I'm happy with just a single point. I was prepared for a loss.

My grandfather is one of the most decorated players at club and national level for Pakistan as a player and manager and according to him the Pakistan team could certainly do much better, but they won't ever fulfill their potential as long as there is nepotism and corruption at every level. No use of those funds when 95% of it goes to people's pockets and not the players, facilities and other things which could help Pakistan Football and its development.

My own father played in the youth teams. But you are right that most of the funds get pocketed although if its a big enough pool like the PCB there may be a chance that some might actually reach its destined location

Pretty good batting from India, especially from Dhawan. He hit a new career high. They should've got around 330 to have a chance, Morkel and Steyn did their best to prevent it from happening though. I don't fancy their chances tbh.

Shoaib was advocating for Younis Khan's inclusion for the WC Squad and is now bashing the team management and selectors for selecting him. Do these ***** even listen to what they've said previously? No they don't.

I'm not sure if you've heard it Ini8, but these guys change at the direction of the wind which is the most pathetic thing I've seen.

These so called "experts" and "analysts" in Pak Media don't know the word 'critcism' or 'constructive criticism'. The only thing they do is launching like mad dogs on tv. It's embarrasing to watch.

I mean, I've never liked Misbah and never liked others like Afridi either, I've always been of the opinion that the earlier these two retire the better for Pakistan Cricket, but there's a way of criticising people and doing so rightly instead of acting like mad animals on TV, especially when you people on TV are hypocrites of highest order!

I loved Shoaib the bowler, was one of my favourite players, but Shoaib the "tv expert" and "analyst" is a fucking clown. Nothing else to say about that.

Bangladeshis are no different. Must be a South Asian thing. It's not only cricket; if it's on TV, expect someone on there to talk crap.

It's embarassing for the most part, but sometimes gems like Shoaib Akhtar's bashing come by. Most ex-players have nothing of note to say, they just waste their TV time shitting on every single thing they can think of. It's nothing but hatred. I must admit that I haven't watched any South Asian TV for ages because of that.

As for the current Pakistan NT, most of the players are just bang average, which means they rely too much on their veterans. That's not a good sign. I still expect them to go through though.
