Its not that I can't pronounce the words its that I speak fairly 'proper english' like you Americans like to think all us Brits speak Suppose it must be a Dorset accent (don't know if there is one ) since I've lived here all my life.

But anyway I always feel like an idiot speaking a foreign language. I'm normally better with things like German rather than Spanish when actually trying to talk to people in a different language.

Nope. I'm on the border with Hampshire so not to far into Dorset. About 45 minutes from Southampton.
