You can tell some people in here are obsessed with him. I love to make fun of Cristiano too but don't you realize it is ridiculous to do that after he scored 4 goals in one game?
I hate when people genuinely compare him to Messi but the biggest Messi fanboys on this forum are the first in here that come in this thread and talk about how Cristiano can not be compared to him after such a game.

Cristiano is one of the best players of all time as much as I'm a leading scientist in the field of astronautics.
You have to understand something, we don't underrate cristiano, you overrate him.
He's a great scorer, the numbers speak for themselves but that's it, he's not goat material. Tbh he shouldn't have 3 ballons to begin with, real's pr campaign gifted him 2 of them.

There really isn't a problem here, because I don't really care about your goat or sheep category. I got my own and so do most other people. Top 15-20 is enough to get in that category for me. Most other people will also disagree with your evaluation.

How can you compare Maldini with Iniesta gor example? You cant really compare players in a way to rank them fairly. Especially from different era's and positions.

I guess there's no way to say that Messi is one of the greatest of all time either. Can't really compare players in different positions and different eras. All we can say is that Messi is the best forward of this era.

It seems you just can't comprehend what goat means.
It applies to people which you can point your finger at and say "that man is the best in the history of the sport", now I don't know how many people you deem worthy of that title but for me it only applies to pele, maradona, cruijff and messi and certainly not to cristiano.
I think any sensible fan of the sport agrees with me and only fanbois would put cristiano in that category.
